Carolyn Phan, PT, DPT, is a dedicated and skilled physical therapist with a diverse clinical background. She graduated from Creighton University in 2021 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton (2016). Dr. Carolyn also completed an orthopedic residency at Southern California Kaiser Permanente in 2022, further enhancing her expertise in musculoskeletal care.
With experience treating a wide range of patients-from those with orthopedic injuries and professional athletes to individuals with neuromuscular conditions such as spinal cord injuries, vestibular disorders, and balance issues-Dr. Carolyn takes a holistic and personalized approach to rehabilitation, helping patients regain function and achieve their wellness goals. She is also expanding her knowledge in pelvic floor rehabilitation, with plans to pursue further education in this specialized area to offer comprehensive care for patients with pelvic health concerns.
